How To Get Perfect Eyebrows

Achieving perfect eyebrows is definitely easier said than done, but lucky for you, Beauty Smartie Maria Gomez knows exactly how to achieve that flawless, but still natural eyebrow look. What you'll need: spoolie brush, brow powder, angled brush, thin brow pencil, clear brow gel, highlight eyeshadow or shadow stick.

1. Using a spoolie brush, groom your brow hairs into place. Pay extra attention to the direction of your hair growth. Then, brush them in that direction. Maria liked to brush the beginning of her brow upward and the tail downward.

2. Using a brow powder that matches your hair color, start to form the shape of your brow by creating lines on the lower edge of the brow and the top edge of the brow. On the top part, Maria likes to start a little past the start of the brow for a more natural look. She also likes to concentrate the powder on the tail of the brow to really create that definition.

3. Go back in and work the product in with the angled brush.

4. Add details with the thin brow pencil. Using light, upward motions, create faux hair strokes in any sparse areas. This will add volume while still keeping the natural look of the brow.

5. To set the brows in place, apply a coat of the clear brow gel. This step is super useful to comb out any product buildup.

6. To really spice up the look, add a highlight to the brow bone with a light shadow stick. A cream shadow stick is easy to apply and blend out with your finger.

7. As the final step, use your finger to blend out any harsh lines.
